Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to vecurslice.com and your purchase of products from VecurSlice LLC, a limited liability company based in Orlando, Florida, United States (“VecurSlice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our incorporated policies, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Freshness Policy, Returns, Refunds & Replacements, and other policy pages linked at checkout or in the site footer.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products. We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date on this page indicates the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from VecurSlice. By ordering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that information you provide is accurate and complete.

Some products may contain or be prepared with ingredients unsuitable for certain diets or health conditions. You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, allergen information, and our Food Safety Notice before purchase. Products containing alcohol, such as Baileys Banana Bread, include product-specific disclosures on the product page; you must review those disclosures before ordering.

Products and Descriptions

VecurSlice prepares baked goods in Orlando, Florida. Product images and descriptions are intended to represent our offerings accurately, but natural variation in baked goods may occur in color, size, texture, and decoration. We may improve recipes, packaging, or presentation over time without prior notice.

Availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products for operational, legal, or quality reasons. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping fees, and discounts are calculated at checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total displayed at purchase.

Promotional pricing is governed by our Promotions, Coupons & Pricing policy. Billing disputes should be directed to us before initiating chargebacks, as described in our returns policy.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to the contiguous United States only. Standard processing is 2–3 business days, with shipments generally departing Monday through Thursday. Free shipping applies to qualifying orders of $149 or more as described in our shipping policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing for a specific offer.

Risk of loss typically transfers upon carrier delivery to your provided address. You are responsible for providing a deliverable address and receiving perishable shipments promptly.

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

Because products are perishable and made to order, changes and cancellations are limited as described in our Order Changes & Cancellations policy. Returns of opened food are not accepted for resale. Quality and fulfillment issues must be reported within our 48-hour claim window after recorded delivery, as detailed in our returns policy.

User Accounts and Conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with security, scrape content unlawfully, harass staff, submit false claims, or use our services for fraudulent purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or for conduct that harms VecurSlice, customers, or partners.

Intellectual Property

The website, logos, product names, photography, text, graphics, and other content are owned by VecurSlice or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission except for personal, non-commercial use permitted by law.

Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant VecurSlice a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and adapt that content for business purposes consistent with our Reviews Policy. You represent that your content is truthful and that you have the rights to submit it.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. VecurSlice does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Food products involve inherent variability. We do not guarantee specific outcomes for dietary preferences, allergen avoidance unless explicitly stated for a verified product formulation, or shelf life beyond guidance in our freshness materials.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VecurSlice LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the website or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a specific order or transaction will not exceed the amount you paid VecurSlice for that order, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VecurSlice from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our negligence or willful misconduct.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and applicable U.S. federal law. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by law.
