Why Reviews Matter

Customer reviews help future shoppers understand flavor, texture, gifting experiences, and delivery satisfaction. VecurSlice LLC welcomes honest feedback and publishes this Reviews Policy to keep reviews useful, lawful, and respectful.

Where Reviews May Appear

Reviews submitted on vecurslice.com, through post-purchase emails, or on platforms we manage may be displayed on product pages, marketing materials, or social media in whole or in excerpted form consistent with this policy.

Eligibility

We encourage reviews from customers who purchased or genuinely received VecurSlice products. Reviews should reflect your own experience. Do not impersonate another person or submit reviews for orders you did not experience.

Content Standards

Reviews must be truthful to the best of your knowledge and focus on the product and service experience. We may remove or decline to publish reviews that:

• Contain profanity, harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Include unrelated political, medical, or legal arguments
• Share personal information about employees or other customers without consent
• Appear fraudulent, incentivized without disclosure, or part of a coordinated manipulation scheme
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
• Primarily discuss shipping issues better handled through Order Help rather than product ratings

Star Ratings and Moderation

VecurSlice may moderate reviews before or after publication to enforce this policy. Moderation is not a guarantee that every review is error-free. We do not promise to remove every negative review, and we do not guarantee to keep every positive review if it violates standards.

Incentives and Disclosure

If we offer a discount, sample, or other incentive for reviews, we will disclose that fact clearly as required by law and platform rules. Incentivized reviewers must still provide honest opinions.

Photos and Media

If you upload photos or videos, you represent that you created or have rights to the content and that it accurately depicts your experience. We may resize, crop, or adjust media for display quality.

License to Use Reviews

By submitting a review, you grant VecurSlice a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display your review and associated media in connection with our business, subject to our Terms of Service.

Reporting Concerns

To report a review you believe violates this policy, contact [email protected] with a link to the review and explanation. We will evaluate reports in good faith.

Platform Reviews

Reviews on third-party platforms are governed by those platforms’ policies. VecurSlice may respond publicly to feedback where appropriate and permitted.

Updating or Removing Your Review

If you submitted a review on our website and wish to update or remove it, contact [email protected] with the product name and email used. We will honor legitimate requests consistent with recordkeeping needs and platform capabilities.

Employee and Affiliate Reviews

VecurSlice employees, contractors, and close affiliates should not post reviews without clear disclosure of their relationship to the company, and should follow applicable Federal Trade Commission guidance on endorsements.

Defamation and False Statements

Reviews must not contain knowingly false statements of fact about products, ingredients, or business practices. If you believe factual information on a product page is incorrect, contact support so we can investigate product listings directly rather than relying on reviews alone.

Review Timing and Verified Purchases

We may label reviews as verified or unverified depending on whether our systems can match the review to a completed order. Verified labels help shoppers trust authenticity but do not guarantee that every aspect of a review reflects typical results for all customers.

Responses from VecurSlice

We may post official responses to reviews clarifying policies, offering order help, or thanking customers. Responses are not endorsements of every statement in a review and are intended to provide context for future readers.

Moderation Transparency

We do not publish internal moderation playbooks, but we apply this policy consistently to protect customers and staff from abusive content while preserving honest criticism about products and service. If your review is removed, you may contact us to understand which standard applied.

Star Ratings Guidance

Star ratings should reflect your overall experience with the product received, including taste, texture, freshness on arrival, and gift suitability. Low ratings based solely on carrier delays may be better addressed through Order Help so we can resolve fulfillment issues directly.

Sampling and Media Reviews

Journalists, creators, or partners receiving complimentary samples must disclose the relationship when publishing reviews, in line with FTC endorsement guidelines. Complimentary samples do not require positive reviews and should be described honestly.

Duplicate Reviews

Submit one primary review per product variant you purchased. Updates are preferred over multiple separate reviews for the same order. We may merge or remove duplicate submissions that skew product ratings.

Language and Translation

Reviews may be submitted in English or other languages you prefer. We may display reviews as submitted or provide translations for site consistency where tools are available, without changing the meaning of your original comments.
